A. Lindoo Building Maintenance is a Fifty-two year old janitorial cleaning service that has been serving the commercial offices in the Aurora, North Aurora, Batavia and Montgomery area.
We currently clean approximately 40 buildings in the Aurora, Illinois area and employ 40 people. We do not spread ourselves out all over the Chicago suburbs. We keep to the Aurora area so that we can spend time in this area and concentrate on serving our cleaning customers better.
We specialize in daily office cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning along with carpet cleaning, window washing and floor refinishing. We can also do the little things like changing light bulbs, washing light fixtures supplying towels, toilet paper...
Our employees all live in the Aurora area, they will be equipped with everything needed and trained on the job, how to use it.. They will be required to call in from the job site to document their arrival and departure times. Using caller ID, our computer will confirm their location. This computer will total up their hours worked, for payroll purposes. They will be paid based on their hours worked, so there is no incentive for employees to whip through and get out of there early!
We do not use Salesman, job foreman or district managers. When calling A. Lindoo, you will talk to the President of the company, the person that figured the job, supervises it and keeps on checking on it afterwards.
